SmartShopping.co.uk Cashback Exemption

Some of our more eagle-eyed members have noticed a new addition to QuidCompare: SmartShopping, and enquired for more information. In the interests of keeping everyone informed, we are making a public announcement on this issue.

These inquisitive members must be VERY perseptive as we have set SmartShopping up so as not to appear for logged in members at all, as requested.

Why?
Well quite simply, Smart Shopping do not allow Cashback on their program, but seeing as they have many thousands of products at some excellent prices, we felt they just had to included on QuidCompare.

To avoid the risk of confusion, if you are logged into QuidsInUK, it will be very difficult to find any reference to Smart Shopping anywhere. If you do, all the outbound links will be inactive. If you are not logged in, everything will appear as normal, but then you can't earn Cashback anyway.

What is SmartShopping?
Smartshopping.co.uk is the UK version of Germany's leading shopping portals and provides the users with a wide ranging and innovative comparison function for prices, products, manufacturers and online shops. With more than 1000 shops and more than 1 million offers, SmartShopping.co.uk Product Search is the place to look for customers who are comparing products on the internet. With their unique commission structure, cashback is NOT an option at the moment.

Of course, if Smart Shopping decide to change their mind on the Cashback issue, then you'll be the first to know.

Woolworths Suspended

We received the following message regarding Woolworths:

In light of Woolworths going into administration, it is strongly advised that affiliates remove all links and cease any promotions of Woolworths via the affiliate program. At present (The Network) are unable to guarantee any pending commission validations, and as a measure of safety to affiliates, would ask you cease Woolworths activity as soon as possible.

Please note, (The Network) will honour any outstanding confirmed commissions, regardless of the financial outcome of the program, as our agreement to affiliates states.

We appreciate this is a key time of year for sales and can only apologies for the urgency of this message. As soon as we have any further information on the future of the program we will communicate this to all affiliates.

In light of this, QuidsInUK have removed Woolworths from the directory listings and from QuidCompare.

Woolworths cashback update

Woolworths have withdrawn commission on any pre-orders of the Mamma Mia DVD due to an over whelming response to this pre order deal.

This means that there can be no cashback from Woolworths for purchases of Mamma Mia in the furture.

Everything else from Woolworths remains unaffected by this change and Members of QuidsInUK still get up to 6% cashback from Woolworths
