All Hail the Master Rappa!

Guitar Hero 3 (Legends of Rock), Street Dance, Singstar, infact all body jerking games dependant on hitting the right buttons at the right time evolved from the Master: PaRappa the Rappa

Still to be beaten for addictiveness, PaRappa the Rappa had this bloggers thumbs red raw for months in 1997 (Let's not even discuss the sequel: Um Jammer Lammy). Who could have envisaged that 10 years later, Video Rhythm Gaming would have caught on as much as it has, with thousands of different games in hundreds of different styles with hundreds of scenarios across all platforms.

Personally, Dance Mats don't do it for me. Not that I don't see the fun, it's just that my legs refuse to do what they are told, when they are told.

YEP! That's me on YouTube! Stealthly recorded by Donna and YouTubed by ClareClearwaters! (Thanks Girls). Give me a Guitar and I'll rock your socks off, stick me on a Dance Mat and.......... well.............you get the idea!

Everyone who has ever gamed has somesort of affinity with Video Rhythm gaming, so it's no suprise that PaRappa The Rappa is making a come back on PSP.

PaRappa The Rapper is the beloved rapping puppy and hip-hop icon that debuted on PlayStation in 1997 and returns to the stage for a 10th anniversary encore exclusively on PSP system.

Aid PaRappa in his quest to win the heart of Sunny Funny by learning Kung Fu from Chop Chop Master Onion, Learn to Drive with Mooselini and ultimately Rock da Mic on stage with MC King Kong Mushi.

PaRappa The Rappa on PSP is available from PowerPlayDirect here.

See you on stage!
